Members that signed up in store need to create an online account and log in to access online member benefits. New Balance Membership is not a rewards or a loyalty program that requires an accumulation of points

You may create a New Balance account on the Website, where you will be able to modify your contact information, update your billing and shipping addresses, and view past orders. To delete your account, please contact our Customer Care team here. For security purposes, complete credit card information (for example, your CCV number) is not saved with your account.
