About COVID-19

As New Balance continues to closely monitor the impact and growing severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, the welfare of our customers, employees and communities is our top priority. In addition to our New Balance retail stores temporarily closing, from Tuesday March 24, our local warehouse will also close for a minimum of 4 weeks in response to Alert Level 4, as issued by the New Zealand government. If you have recently placed an order on newbalance.co.nz and it has not shipped yet, you will be entitled to a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service team at 0800-451-063 or nbwebnz.cservice@newbalance.com to organise your refund, or if you have any further questions or issues.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We will continue to do everything in our power to ensure these temporary closures are as least disruptive as possible.
